Field View
Set in the semi-rural surroundings of Galley Common, Nuneaton, Field View is a collection of four beautifully constructed family homes, developed for a London-based family office. Nestled alongside a gentle stream that runs through the rear of the site, this project presented unique opportunities for thoughtful site planning and sustainable water management.
Oakfield
Perched on the edge of the charming town of Kenilworth, Oakfield is a luxury development of three bespoke family homes, expertly delivered for S&N SPV Inchbrook Rd Ltd. Designed to offer both elegance and everyday functionality, these homes sit proudly on a sloping site that brought its own set of engineering challenges.
Leas Close
Located in the picturesque village of Ullesthorpe, Leas Close is a thoughtfully planned new residential development comprising nine individually designed detached homes. Delivered for a private client, this premium estate blends rural tranquillity with modern living, offering high-specification housing in an idyllic countryside setting.
Blythe Meadow
Situated on the outskirts of Coventry, Blythe Meadow is a charming development of two spacious family homes, sensitively constructed on what was once a quiet paddock. Commissioned by a longstanding landowner, this project reflects the art of transforming rural land into desirable, design-led living spaces.
Hill Street
Tucked away in the heart of Leamington Spa, Hill Street is a thoughtfully designed two-bedroom mews house, built on a compact infill plot that posed a number of logistical and spatial challenges. Despite the tight site constraints and limited access, Drew Newey Collective delivered a beautifully executed single build that feels anything but confined.
