Field View
Set in the semi-rural surroundings of Galley Common, Nuneaton, Field View is a collection of four beautifully constructed family homes, developed for a London-based family office. Nestled alongside a gentle stream that runs through the rear of the site, this project presented unique opportunities for thoughtful site planning and sustainable water management.
The surface water strategy was a key consideration, with the stream playing a central role in guiding drainage across the development. Despite the natural complexities, Drew Newey Collective delivered a smooth and timely build, achieving a high-quality finish throughout and ensuring long-term resilience for the homes and their surrounding environment.
Spanning 12 months with a contract value of £1.25 million, Field View is a prime example of how we bring precision, care, and capability to multi-unit residential builds.
